Station Rd, Westbury

The landowner commissioned Focus on Design to undertake some initial conceptual and appraisal work for this very sustainable site close the mainline railway station in Westbury, Wiltshire.

We were then commissioned to undertake the masterplanning work to support a 300 unit Outline Planning Application working closely with Wiltshire Council, key consultees, as well as Local Ward Members. As part of this process we also prepared material for and attended a Public Consultation event.

The scheme on this long, linear site incorporates high quality traditional design to reflect the rich and varied architectural style of surrounding Wiltshire towns and villages.
