Since 1994 Oliver has worked within the housebuilding industry for a mix of both private consultancies and volume housebuilders. Gaining valuable and varied experience in design, planning, project management and production within a commercial environment across England and Wales.

His career began with Wilcon Homes in Northamptonshire where he started out as a Junior Design Technician. Following more senior design roles with companies such as Prowting Homes, McCarthy & Stone and Potton Homes, he joined Focus in 2001. Since then he has built upon and enhanced his own knowledge base along with those that work within his team through negotiating planning approvals to numerous sites from multiple Local Authorities and for a number of different clients.
